Our first session gives us time to get to know each other, explore your background, discuss what's bringing you to coaching, and identify meaningful goals.
Whether you're joining me individually or as a couple, I'll take time to understand your situation and help us establish a personalized direction.
Required paperwork must be completed through DocuSign before the session. For couples, both partners must sign.

Life coaching focuses on personal development, goal-setting, communication, and relationship growth. Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for services provided by a licensed mental health professional.
